Gail Mahnke, DVM 

Veterinarian and Clinic Owner

Born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, Dr. Mahnke completed her veterinary degree at Colorado State University in 1989.  She later completed her Master’s degree in Wildlife Medicine at the University of Georgia in 1991.  

Dr. Mahnke has been practicing small animal, exotic and equine medicine in Casper for 15 years. She lives just outside of Casper with her husband Tim, daughter Kady, 3 nephews, Nick, Josh and Issac, and niece Alexis.  On her time off, she enjoys pack trips with her family and 6 horses.  Her other family members include 5 dogs and 5 cats.

Eva Zimmerman, DVM 

Associate Veterinarian

Originally from Montana, Dr. Zimmerman spent 5 years in the Navy where she met her husband.  For the last 15 years she has lived in the Pacific Northwest.  She graduated from Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Zimmerman and her family recently moved back to Casper to be near family and to raise her twin girls.  Other family members include her dog, Belle, and her cat, Emily. She enjoys scuba diving, water skiing and spending time with her family.  Dr. Zimmerman joined Casper Animal Medical Center in August 2007.

Emily Tooker, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Tooker was born in Wheatland, WY, and moved to Casper when she was 11 years old.  She graduated from high school in Minnesota, and went to college at Iowa State University where she studied Animal Ecology earned her veterinary degree.

Cash, her dog, and Spencer made the move from Iowa to Wyoming with her.

She is very excited to be back in Wyoming and working at Casper Animal Medical Center!

Rachel Reedy, DVM,

Associate Veterinarian

Originally from a small town outside of Boise, Idaho, Dr. Reedy received her bachelor’s degree in animal science at Washington State University, and then went on to get her DVM from Ross University in 2010. 

Dr. Reedy completed an Equine Veterinary Internship in Sheridan, WY, and recently moved to Casper to join Casper Animal Medical Center.  Although she enjoys working on all animals, her main interest is in equine medicine and surgery.

Dr. Reedy enjoys raising and showing reining and working cow horses, playing ice hockey, and the outdoors.  She moved to Casper with her husband Keith and two dogs, Cinch and Spur.
